Specific tasks
-Responsible for design and improvement of production logistics in plant, to ensure logistics operation in efficiency way, and keep looking for improvement.
-Rich experience on lean logistics, e.g., layout design, line feeding concept, logistics equipment, automation and new tech application
-Independent conception, budgeting, planning, realization and documentation of competitive logistics concepts, taking internal and external conditions over the entire project runtime into account, in close cooperation with the project team, Bussines Division and Central Logistics.
-Preparing budgeting and describing competitive logistics concepts. Determining the logistics costs (Loko 1-5) based on defined processes.
-Cooperation within the context of simultaneous engineering to obtain designs suitable for logistics.
-Identification and realization of rationalization potentials in connection with the customer team, bussines division and Central Logistics.
-Support for Purchasing in the allocation process for production material at landed cost taking the logistics objectives (supply reliability, minimum stocks, minimum logistics costs) into account.
-Support for the entire pre-series and series including evaluation of product and process changes to existing logistics processes and their realization after release.
-Maintain the logistics data of series running projects (Logistics Data Sheet, Packaging Data Sheet, Logistics BOM, Packaging Working instruction, Logistics Agreement)
-Bottleneck control and escalation management in critical supply situations.
-Creating of process documentation for LO with compilance to enwiroment and relevant country regulations
-Optimize the materiál line side concept and Kanban control cycle for production

Training required (and specialization)
-Degree in enginiering field. Specializing in logistics / materials management preferable. Experience in automotive field preferable

Specialist and job-related skills

-Advanced specialized additional qualification:
-Experience in customer project management
-Advanced knowledge of SAP, MS Office with excelent knowledge of EXCEL
-Familiar with transportation and packaging concept
