Central NPL engineer/中央新产品导入程师

The central NPL is Responsible to ensure all standards related to project launches are implemented within her / his whole plant organization. He will ensure sustainability by monitoring NPL activities on regular basis. (S)He will also be involved on escalation when a project is blocked to support NPL Manager, detecting of deviations and follow up gap closure actions.
Monitoring the plant investment process, tracking project spendings and Fix-Assets management in project.
Competency development, networking within location and on CPT-O level for all NPL related functions.
岗位职责：
Investment/Cost Control:
？ Support NPL Manager to implement Lean-Investment methodology, make accurate planning and follow up actions
？ Check and approve the equipment buy-off process, check GR status accordingly
？ Support NPL Manager to make capitalization when machine ready to use following FA rules.
？ Support NPL Manager to perform annual stock-taking activities
Timing Control:
？ Support NPL Manager to Coordinate and control project activities, track the project progress via ensuring PAIL, Time schedule in Microsoft project in place.
？ Support NPL Manager during the PACT WS to ensure Manufacturing activities match with required timing.
？ Support NPL Manager to ensure Mfg risk are enter in Risk & opportunities table
？ Support Gate preparation via ODCL
Quality Control:
？ Support NPL Manager with product DfM reviews, Design Checks ( DCR) to prepare G50 Mfg approval
？ Ensure compliance to Lean concepts, robust processes
任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in a related field (engineering / sciences), at least 8 years' experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions.
2.Communication skills, Presentation skills, Autonomy, Organizational and time management skills. Coaching skills.
3.Worked as Launch Manager, Project Manager or being Launch project member of a period of at least 5 years.
4.Capable to interact with international teams
- Experience in multi-cultural / internationality projects
- Knowledge of English
